Went out briefly tonight to look at and photograph some local Christmas light displays. There are 16 locations in the Panama City’s Shining Lights competition and we were able to get to about 4 tonight before a stomach condition sent me back home early. The first one we went to is one we’ve been to the last 2-3 years. It is a HUGE display taking up almost a half a block. Difficult to do a panorama with it and I’ve failed miserably before. I’ll try again because of the challenge – plus I’d like to get a copy of the photo to the owner. Their living room, with the big plate glass window, is also chock full of Christmas displays as well. That photo had to be taken separately. Lots to see at this display. The owner always greets the people who drive by and gives out candy canes to everyone. I haven’t been to many of the others yet but so far this is my favorite! I’ll update this post with a couple of photos after I get them edited.
